Location was great. Additionally, the manager was friendly and easy enough to reach for both check-in and check-out (which was very fast and that's awesome!).
The services were a bit lax (in terms of towel replacement, etc).

My room was on the second floor right above the cafe and the ventilation system of this cafe was 0,5m away from my window. Incredible smell followed me during all my staying in this hotel. Even the clothes in my suitcase absorbed this bad smell.

Conveniently located just steps from the university, this historic building has great charm. The shared bathrooms were clean, and despite a few stairs to navigate, the overall comfort and style were great. Parking can be a hassle, so pay attention to the regulations. The self-catering aspect may require some planning, but it adds a unique touch to your stay.

The room was neat and new-fashioned with heater and the fan, for instance. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at the College Inn. When I arrived, I realized I booked an extra night by accident. This was no problem, and Christopher, the Manager was very welcoming and understanding. I emailed Booked.net and they were also very helpful and made the changes with no extra charges really quickly. After all that, I got upgraded to a bigger room with no extra cost! The Inn had a very homey and comfortable feeling. Being a solo traveler I felt very safe and had a wicked sleep! The location was pretty good, the University District has a load of good shopping and culture, which I really enjoyed. Next time I visit Seattle I will definitely be staying in this Inn again.

The location was fantastic-just a short walk to the Neptune Theater, which we loved visiting. The rooms might be small, but they were clean and had a certain charm. Plus, we really appreciated the friendly service from the staff .
My kids wished it had more kid-friendly amenities.

it is quite convenient, located in the center of uw campus. The room looks quite old but also comfortable. Breakfast is not bad.

This was much like a european hostel, but nicer. My room was furnished with antiques. The bed was very comfortable. There were many thick towels and the handsoap was luxurious. I came here, because the College Inn is located directly across the street from Gould Hall where I attended a Gala/Reunion, but I was very pleasantly surprised and I will stay here again. The location is convenient to the UW Campus and the continental breakfast was great. I got to read the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and the local paper too.
There is only one toilet and one urinal in the men's bathroom on the third floor.
